  • 12 slices slightly stale French bread (cubed)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Follow these steps to create your Blueberry French Toast Casserole:

1. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of blueberries.

2. Layer the Bread:

  • In a 10×14-inch baking dish, layer half of the bread cubes.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bread cubes.
  • Top with the remaining bread cubes.

3. Prepare the Egg Mixture:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups milk, eggs, remaining vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
