Creating the Triple Nutella Mousse Cake involves several steps, each contributing to the dessert’s overall texture and flavor. Follow these instructions carefully for the best results:

1. Prepare Brownie Base

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt Nutella and butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in sugareggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in flourcocoa powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.

2. Make Mousse

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat Nutella and ½ cup cream in a saucepan until melted. Remove from heat; stir in salt and gelatin until dissolved. Let cool.

  4. Spoon the mousse over the cooled brownie base. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
