1. Preheat the Oven

  • Heat oven to 325°F (160°C)
  • Spray an 8″ or 9″ springform pan with cooking spray.

2. Make Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Mix in sour cream, flour, vanilla, and salt until combined.

3. Prepare Crust
