  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups of grated medium cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Grease the Slow Cooker:
    Begin by greasing the inside of a 4-quart slow cooker to prevent sticking.
  2. Layer the Ingredients:
    • Spread 1/3 of the hash browns at the bottom of the slow cooker.
    • Layer 1/3 of the turkey sausage, onion, and green pepper (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Top with 1/3 of the cheddar cheese.
