Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper to make removal easier later on.
Step 2: Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer
- In a large bowl, mix together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until smooth.
